AI Foundation

Set up ChatGPT or Claude so it finally knows your business

You have been typing the same background into the same chat window for a year and getting back copy that sounds like everyone else. We build the files your AI should have had from day one, set up your account to use them, and hand you the keys. Two meetings. Fourteen days. Nothing you have to figure out on your own.

From $2,000. You own every file. You do every click in your own account. We never ask for a password.

A founder reviewing a marked-up plan

- Why it still sounds generic

Your AI is smart. It just has no idea who you are.

Every founder we talk to has the same setup. A paid ChatGPT or Claude account, a handful of prompts they half remember, and a growing suspicion that the tool is not worth the subscription. They paste in a paragraph, ask for a rewrite, and get back something a stranger could have written about a company that does not exist.

The tool is not the problem. The problem is that it starts every conversation from zero. It does not know your services, your prices, who buys from you, the words you never use, or the way you sign off an email. So you either re-explain all of that every time, or you accept output you then spend twenty minutes fixing.

The fix is not a better prompt. It is a small set of files that describe your business the way you would to a new hire, loaded into your AI tool once, so every conversation starts already knowing you.

- What the AI Foundation is

What does the AI Foundation include?

Built in layers

Start with the foundation. Add what your week needs.

The AI Foundation is a fixed-scope setup for your Claude or ChatGPT account. In fourteen days you get eight written files that describe your company, voice, audience, offers, people, vocabulary, and guardrails; three to five projects inside your AI tool configured to use those files; ten to fifteen prompts we have already tested with your real material; and a one-page guide to changing any of it yourself. Every file lives in a Drive folder you own. Every setting is made in your account, by you, with us on screen beside you.

The files. Eight plain-English documents, written from a recorded interview with you, not from a form. Your voice file includes real before-and-after examples pulled from writing you are proud of and writing you would never send. Your banned-word list is yours, not ours.

The setup. A home base project plus three to five working projects, each mapped to something you actually do every week. Prompts tested in advance so the first time you run one, it works. A change protocol so you are never dependent on us to update a file.

01

The AI Foundation

From $2,000. Eight context files, three to five configured projects, ten to fifteen tested prompts, and a change protocol. Delivered in fourteen days with a thirty-day fix window. This is the layer everything else plugs into.

02

The Brand System

Add $2,500. Your visual brand written down and made usable. A written brand guide, exact color and type values, fonts linked inside the design tools you already use, a complete logo set in every format, and three to five editable templates for the things you make most. Then the whole system loaded into your AI tool, so when you ask for a one-pager or a social post, it comes back looking like you, not just sounding like you.

03

Connected Workflows

Add $2,000. Up to four weekly jobs your AI tool does with your actual apps: email, calendar, files, or your CRM. Each one gets a documented workflow, a saved prompt, a live test you approve, and a three-minute video showing how it runs. Every connection is made by you, in your own settings, and every workflow starts in read-only or draft-only mode. Nothing sends itself.

All

Full Setup

From $5,500. Everything above, delivered in about seventeen business days, in one connected engagement. The Foundation stands on its own. The two layers above it only make sense once the Foundation exists, because they run on the same files, so they are sold with it or after it.

 - How it works

Two meetings. Everything else happens while you run your business.

01

Intake

A twenty-minute form and a folder drop. Logos, three pieces of writing you are proud of, one proposal. That is all we need to start.

02

Interview

Forty-five minutes, recorded. We ask, you talk. Your files get written from your own words, which is the only way they end up sounding like you instead of like us.

03

Draft review

By day seven you have all eight files in your Drive. You read the two that matter most, comment where something is off, and we do not build anything until you say the voice file sounds right.

04

Build and test

We configure your projects, write the instructions, and run every prompt against your real material in our own account first. Anything that does not work gets fixed before you ever see it.

05

Install session

Ninety minutes on a screen share. You drive. You paste, you upload, you click. We read from the checklist. By the end you have run a prompt with no help and made one edit to a file yourself.

06

Handoff and fix window

A short walkthrough video, ownership of the Drive folder transferred to you, and an access log showing exactly what was connected and when. Then thirty days where anything that sounds off gets fixed within two business days.

The fine print

What it costs, and what it asks of you

Fixed prices. No hourly surprises. And if your positioning is not settled enough for the files to be true, we will tell you before we write them. Your total time across the two weeks is about three and a half hours: a twenty-minute form, a forty-five-minute interview, twenty minutes reading drafts, the ninety-minute install session, and a fifteen-minute handoff review.

- The part that matters most

You own it. All of it.

Most AI setup services want your login. We never take it. You make every change in your own account while we sit beside you, so there is nothing to hand back later and no one else holding your access.

The files live in your Drive, not ours. When your prices change or you drop a service, you open a document, edit a line, and re-upload it. The change protocol fits on one page and you will have done it once already, live, during the install session. You should not need us again unless you want to.

- Who this is for

Built for founders who already use AI and are tired of babysitting it

This works best when you are paying for ChatGPT or Claude, you use it most weeks, and you keep fixing what it gives you. You know what you sell and who buys it. You just have never written it all down in one place.

It is a poor fit if you are still working out what your business is. The files can only be as clear as your positioning, and if the interview shows that is not settled yet, we will say so and point you to the Growth Roadmap first rather than write files that will be wrong in a month.

- Keeping it current

Quarterly tune-up, $500

Businesses change. Every quarter we review your files against what has changed, refresh anything stale, re-test every prompt, and send you a short note on what we updated. Optional, and we will remind you when the first one is due.

Questions founders ask before booking

  • Which AI tool do you set up?

Claude or ChatGPT, whichever you already pay for. The files are written to work in either, and we configure the one you use. If you have not picked, we will recommend one during intake based on how you work.

  • Do you need access to my account?

No. You do every click in your own account during a screen share. We never ask for a password, and the access log we hand you at the end lists exactly what was connected, by you, and when.

  • How much of my time does this take?

About three and a half hours total across two weeks: a twenty-minute form, a forty-five-minute interview, twenty minutes reading drafts, the ninety-minute install session, and a fifteen-minute handoff review.

  • What happens when my business changes?

You edit the file and re-upload it. The change protocol is one page and you will have done it once during the install. If you would rather we handle it, the quarterly tune-up covers it.

  • Can the AI send emails or take actions for me?

Connected Workflows can draft emails, read your calendar, and prepare files, but every workflow starts in read-only or draft-only mode. Nothing sends or changes anything without you approving it, and you opt into any higher level in writing, one workflow at a time.

  • Is this the same as a custom GPT or a Claude project?

Those are part of it. The difference is what goes inside them. A project with nothing in it is a folder. A project loaded with eight tested files about your business, plus prompts that have already been run against your real work, is a system.
